Alexia Benchimol is an associate at Arias SLP. She has two years of experience gained at international law firms in London and Paris.
Alexia has represented corporate clients, individuals, and States in international commercial and investment arbitrations, conducted in some of the main arbitral institutions in Europe and the Americas (ICC, PCA, LCIA, LMAA and ICSID, among others). She has also participated in probonos conducted before the European Court of Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Alexia’s practice focuses on investment arbitration and public international law.
Alexia holds a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford (Lincoln College) and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she graduated with Distinction, having earned the Pump Court Tax Chambers Prize Best performance in Taxation.
She qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2025.
