Carolina Gomes is a senior associate at Arias SLP. She has six years of experience in international disputes, acquired in international law firms and european organizations and institutions.
Carolina has represented multinational corporations in civil, criminal, commercial and regulatory cross-border matters before a variety of Portuguese courts, including appeals before the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Justice. She has also advised clients in several arbitral proceedings, mostly before the International Chamber of Commerce. Her practice spans a variety of industries including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, construction and energy, and telecommunications and technology.
Carolina tiene un grado y un máster en Derecho por la Universidad de Coímbra y cuenta con un posgrado en propiedad intelectual por la Universidad Católica de Portugal. Ha completado, asimismo, un semestre en la Universidad Paris-Panthéon-Assas y ha obtenido un certificado en Derecho Europeo Avanzado por el King's College de Londres.
Carolina is a fully qualified lawyer in Portugal since 2022.
